got paired on a project with a coworker who is very clearly a virgo (the amount of tracked changes and comments on one document, i am begging)
i just want to move fast and figure it out as we go and she wants every detail planned before we even start. we're not clashing exactly but the pace difference is making me want to scream a little
any fellow leos work with virgos and actually made it work? trying not to let this turn into an Attitude before the deadline
omg the tracked changes thing is SO virgo coded lol. my virgo manager does this and i used to get so annoyed until i realized she catches stuff i genuinely miss
Looking at this from a chart perspective - Leo's fire energy wants momentum and visible progress, while Virgo's earth energy wants precision before anything moves forward. Neither pace is wrong, they're just solving for different risks.
The move that tends to work: let her build the plan/structure up front while you push for the deadlines and big-picture direction. You handle the 'why it matters,' she handles the 'how it doesn't fall apart.' Division of labor beats trying to match paces.
the 'why it matters vs how it doesnt fall apart' thing is such a good way to put it, stealing this for my own virgo situation lol
update: told her i just need the big deadlines flagged and she can structure the rest however she wants and honestly it's working so much better already. still slower than id like but way less friction
