my boss is a total aries and I'm a libra and I swear the pace of this job is not built for my nervous system lol
she wants decisions made YESTERDAY and I need like... a full day to weigh pros and cons before I even respond to an email
it's not that we don't get along, she's actually really direct which I appreciate, but the constant urgency is draining. anyone else navigate this combo at work
omg yes. my old manager was an aries and honestly once I started just giving her my gut reaction first and refining it later over email, it clicked way better for both of us
the urgency thing is so real lol. libra brain needs pros and cons columns, aries brain just wants an answer NOW
honestly this is making me reconsider why my libra coworker and I clash so much w our aries team lead lol. same energy
