got put on a project with an aries coworker and i'm a libra and it's... a lot lol
she just wants to make the call and move, i want to talk it through and weigh the options first. some days it feels like we cancel each other out, other days i think she pushes me to actually decide instead of going back and forth forever
anyone else worked closely with an aries as a libra? does it get easier or is this just the dynamic forever
libra here, had an aries manager for 2 years. honestly once i stopped taking her bluntness personally it got so much easier, she's not mad she just talks fast lol
wait does she get impatient when you're weighing options out loud or does she let you think? curious bc that's the part that would get to me
@papercrane_j a little at first honestly, but i started just telling her "give me 10 min to think" instead of thinking out loud in front of her and it fixed like 90% of the friction. we actually work well now, just needed to figure out how to hand off decisions faster
