ok so I (leo) got paired on a project with a virgo coworker and I love her but also??? the amount of times she's rewritten my slides for "clarity" is sending me
like I want to move fast and get the big idea out there and she wants every bullet point triple checked before we even present a draft
we actually work well together once we find a rhythm but the first week was rough. anyone else have this leo/virgo work dynamic going on
omg yes. my virgo manager edits my emails before they even go out lol. annoying in the moment but my work has genuinely gotten better because of it
leo + virgo is such a classic big picture vs details combo. once you both respect what the other brings it usually clicks
update: we actually presented today and it went great, her details caught two things I totally would've missed. still gonna tease her about the slide thing tho lol
