ok so I got paired on a project with a virgo coworker and it's been... an adjustment lol

I like to brainstorm out loud and jump between ideas, she wants everything mapped out in a doc before we even start talking. at first I thought she just didn't like my ideas but I think it's more that unstructured chaos actually stresses her out

weirdly once I started sending a quick bullet list before our calls things got SO much smoother. she started loosening up a little too and even laughed at one of my tangents yesterday

anyone else figure out how to make a gemini-virgo work dynamic actually click?
