my boss is a virgo and I'm a leo and honestly the way we operate could not be more different
she wants everything documented, double checked, triple checked before we even think about presenting it. I just want to pitch the idea and iterate as we go
it was SO frustrating at first ngl but I've actually started to appreciate how much her way saves us from mistakes later. anyone else work under a virgo boss as a leo? how do you make it work
lol as a fellow leo with a virgo manager I felt this in my soul. once I stopped taking the double checking personally and just saw it as her way of caring about quality, things got so much easier between us
the iterate-as-you-go vs document-everything thing is so real. my virgo coworker taught me to slow down before pitching and honestly my ideas land better now lol
following this, my virgo boss does the exact same thing and it used to drive me up the wall. glad to know it's not just me
