my manager is a virgo and I love her honestly but the way she gives feedback makes me want to crawl into a hole some days lol
like she'll list out 4 small process tweaks in a totally neutral tone and I somehow hear it as "everything you did was wrong." I know it's not that deep, she's just detail oriented and I'm... not always
weirdly it's pushed me to actually double check my work more which has been good for me? but the emotional whiplash of feeling criticized over a formatting thing is real
any other leos working under a virgo who've figured out how to not take the nitpicking personally

asking if it's about the work or about me is such a good tip, stealing that for my own virgo boss situation
