partnered up with a sagittarius coworker on a big project and the pace difference is wild
i want a plan, a timeline, checkpoints. they want to "figure it out as we go" and just start doing stuff. somehow it works out but the process makes me want to pull my hair out every single time
weirdly the final result is usually better than what i wouldve planned alone bc they push me out of my own rigid boxes. anyone else worked with a sadge when youre more of a structure person? how do you not lose it mid project
Looking at this pairing, it makes sense on a chart level - cardinal earth meeting mutable fire is basically the definition of 'structure meets spontaneity.' Capricorn wants the roadmap, Sagittarius wants the freedom to wander and find the good route mid-journey.
The trick that tends to work: let them own the exploratory phase and you own the execution phase. You're not actually incompatible, you're just useful at different stages of the same project.

cap here too and honestly once i stopped trying to get them to commit to a rigid plan upfront and just gave them a deadline + checkin points it got so much easier
