got paired with a sagittarius coworker on a big project and honestly??? the energy is unmatched but also chaotic lol
im a leo so i like when things look good and go according to plan, this person just wants to wing it and somehow it works out?? we've had some really good brainstorm sessions but also a couple near disasters bc they forgot to send something on time
anyone else worked with a sag as a leo. is the chaos worth it
omg yes!! had a sag manager for two years. the chaos is real but they make work actually fun which not many people can do lol
leo + sag work combo is so slept on tbh. you bring the vision they bring the wild ideas, usually ends up being a good mix if you can handle some last minute scrambling
following this, my sag coworker is the same way. brilliant ideas terrible deadlines lol
ok update: talked to them about the deadline thing and they were super receptive, said they just get in the zone and lose track of time. feels like we found a rhythm now
