started a new job a few months ago and my closest work friend turned out to be a sagittarius, I'm a gemini
and it's honestly the easiest work dynamic I've had. brainstorming meetings with them are chaotic in the best way, we bounce ideas off each other so fast that other people in the room usually just watch lol
neither of us takes offense when the other one gets blunt about feedback either, which I did NOT expect going in
only hiccup is we're both bad at follow-through on the boring admin stuff so we've had to build actual systems to keep ourselves accountable
anyone else have a gemini/sagittarius work pairing? curious if the "opposite signs just get each other" thing holds up for you too
yes!! my sagittarius manager and I (gemini) work like this too, meetings with just us two get things decided in half the time it takes with anyone else in the room
the admin stuff thing is so real lol. my sag coworker and I are both like this, we had to set calendar reminders for each other just to hit deadlines
not the same pairing but I'm curious now, do you two ever clash when one of you wants to commit to a plan and the other wants to keep options open? that's the thing I'd expect to be the friction point
