my boss is such a classic leo and i say this with love but the amount of praise this woman needs before she'll even consider a suggestion is exhausting lol
as a virgo i just want to point out the problem and fix it, i dont need a parade about it. but if i dont open with something nice she gets weirdly cold in meetings
once i figured out i had to basically hype her up a little before giving feedback things got so much smoother tho. anyone else navigate this combo at work
lmaooo the "hype her up first" strategy is real. had a leo manager and learned this the hard way
im the virgo here too and my leo coworker (not boss thankfully) is the same way. once i started leading with what's working before what needs fixing our whole dynamic changed. she just needs to feel appreciated before she can hear anything critical, its not that deep once you get it
