im a pisces and got paired on a project with a capricorn coworker and it's been an experience lol

she wants everything in a doc with deadlines before we've even fully talked through the idea. i want to sit with it, bounce ideas around, feel out what actually feels right. she keeps asking "ok but what's the plan" and i genuinely don't have one yet, i'm still vibing with it

not saying she's wrong to want structure, it's actually helped us ship things on time which. fine. i see the value. but it's exhausting some days

anyone else worked with a capricorn when you're more of a go with the flow sign? how do you find the middle ground without either of you getting annoyed
