my boss is a capricorn and i'm a sadge and it's been an adjustment to say the least lol
she's all about structure, deadlines, the 5 year plan. i'm over here wanting to brainstorm big ideas and pivot constantly. i think she sees me as scattered and i see her as rigid, even though we both actually respect each other
anyone else navigate this combo at work? what made it click for you
capricorn coworker here (not boss) with a sagittarius on my team. honestly the thing that helped was when she started giving me a heads up before pitching wild ideas in meetings instead of just going for it live. made me trust her more
