my manager is an aries and i'm a cancer and the pace difference is wild
she wants decisions made like immediately, like in the meeting immediately, and I need time to sit with something before I commit. I've said 'let me think on it' more times this year than my whole career before this job lol
weirdly though when there's an actual crisis she's amazing to have in charge, just decisive and calm under pressure in a way i really admire. it's the day to day pace that gets me
any other cancers reporting to an aries figured out how to not feel constantly rushed?

as an aries who's managed a few cancers - genuinely just tell us you need a few minutes, we'd rather have the right answer than a rushed one
