my boss is a virgo, im a sadge, and the amount of detail she wants on stuff that (to me) does not need that much detail is wild
like I just want to get it done and move on and she wants every step documented and double checked
weirdly though when I actually slow down and do it her way the work comes out better lol. anyone else work for or with a virgo when youre more of a big picture person? how do you not lose your mind
im a gemini with a virgo manager and yeah the documentation thing was rough at first. honestly once i stopped seeing it as micromanaging and more as her just wanting things airtight it got a lot easier
my virgo coworker used to drive me up the wall with this too. took like 8 months but now i actually ask her to double check my stuff bc she catches things nobody else does
do you feel like it slows down your actual output tho? asking bc i have a similar dynamic starting with a new virgo teammate
@PixieHollow honestly at first yes but now that i know her process i can anticipate what she wants upfront so it evens out. update: things are so much smoother now that i stopped fighting the detail thing
