my boss is a virgo and I'm a sagittarius and it's like we're speaking two different languages at work
she wants everything documented and triple checked before we even start and I just want to jump in and figure it out as we go. not gonna lie it's been a little tense some weeks
but also I've noticed I make way fewer mistakes now that I've had to slow down a bit? anyone else work under the opposite energy and actually grow from it
lol this is basically me and my virgo manager. she caught SO many errors in my work early on that I definitely would have missed. annoying in the moment but honestly made me better at my job
as a virgo who's managed a couple sagittarius coworkers... we notice the growth too lol. it's not that we think you're bad at the job, we just process differently. probably worth telling her directly that you're trying to slow down, virgos usually appreciate that kind of honesty
following this because I have the opposite situation, sagittarius boss and I'm a virgo employee and I'm CONSTANTLY stressed by how loose the plans are lol. good to see it can work out on the other side
@Kevin_T that's actually really good advice, going to try being more upfront about it instead of just quietly adjusting. appreciate the perspective from the virgo side lol
