my manager is a virgo and I'm a pisces and it's honestly such a funny dynamic to observe from the inside lol
she wants everything documented, color coded, triple checked. I show up with a vibe and a vague sense that it'll work out. somehow we make it work?? but also she has def caught me daydreaming in meetings more than once
anyone else work under a sign that's basically your total opposite? does it get easier over time or is it always going to be a little bit of a translation exercise
yes!! my old coworker was a virgo and I'm a pisces too. she used to color code EVERYTHING and I used to just kind of feel my way through projects. weirdly we balanced each other out, she caught the details I missed and I loosened her up a little
does she ever get annoyed by the daydreaming or has she adjusted to it at this point lol
@Bramblecourt honestly she used to get a little tense about it early on but now she just gives me a look and I snap back lol. think we've both adjusted more than I realized. her structure has actually made me way more organized than I used to be, which I did not expect
