my boss is a virgo and i am a very leo leo and honestly its been an experience
she wants every detail nailed down before we even start and i just want to jump in and figure it out as we go. ive gotten some GREAT feedback from her though, like actually specific and useful, not just vague praise
anyone else work under a virgo when youre more of a big-picture person? does it get easier
leo here too and honestly my virgo coworkers are the ones who make sure my big ideas dont fall apart halfway through lol. annoying in the moment, so useful in hindsight
following this, my leo coworker is basically your boss in reverse for me (im the virgo) and i promise the detail thing comes from wanting yall to actually succeed not from not trusting you
update: talked to her about the pace thing and turns out she thought I wanted MORE structure, not less lol. we found a middle ground where she gives me the deadline and I get to pick my own process to get there. so much better
omg found this searching the same thing. my virgo manager did the same detailed feedback thing recently and I almost cried lol, so annoying in the moment but it really does help
