my boss is a full leo, big presence, wants credit for stuff but also actually shows up for the team when it matters. i'm a pisces and i just kind of float through meetings hoping nobody calls on me directly lol
somehow it works? she pulls me out of my shell in meetings and i think i keep her from steamrolling people without meaning to. we had a rough patch early on when i took her bluntness way too personally but we're good now
curious if other water signs have made it work with a leo boss or if i just got lucky
omg the 'steamrolling people without meaning to' thing is so real for leos in charge lol. i work with a leo manager too (im a cancer) and honestly once i stopped taking the bluntness personally things got so much easier
how long did the rough patch last? asking bc i'm like two months into a similar dynamic with my leo manager and still in the touchy phase lol
@quietloom honestly maybe a month? once i actually told her directly that a comment stung instead of just going quiet about it, she actually apologized and adjusted. leos respond well when you're direct back, ironically
