this is so validating!! im a virgo with a pisces partner too (2 years in) and the "ask what he needs instead of fixing it" thing is exactly what took us the longest to figure out. wish we'd learned that in year one instead of year two lol

ok question bc I need this - how do you handle it when his "unrealistic" idea genuinely does need a reality check? like sometimes the plan really isnt going to work, not just virgo anxiety talking

@Bramblekit honestly I still say something, just later and softer than my instinct wants. instead of "that wont work" in the moment I let him talk it all the way through first, then ask questions like "what would you do if X happened" and let him find the gap himself. he actually hears it way better that way than if I just shut it down upfront
