been doing shadow work for a few months now and I swear the two of swords reversed shows up almost every single session at this point
like I get it, upright is about avoidance/denial, indecision, refusing to look at something head on. but reversed in this specific context feels almost too on the nose lol
is this just... the card doing its job? or is there something more specific reversed swords are pointing at in shadow work that I'm missing
not just you. I went through a whole stretch where it showed up constantly during shadow work and eventually realized it was less about ONE decision and more about a pattern of avoiding conflict in general
reversed 2 of swords for me always means the blindfold is finally coming off. like you've been avoiding looking directly at something and the card showing up repeatedly is kind of forcing the issue
following this, I have almost the identical experience but with the hanged man reversed instead lol. maybe shadow work just makes stalling cards show up more often
