the chariot reversed keeps coming up in my shadow work... what is it trying to tell me
so I've been doing shadow work readings for the past few weeks and the chariot reversed has shown up like 4 times now??
I'm trying to work through some control issues I know I have (classic oldest child lol) but I feel like I'm not getting the message.
is it telling me I'm being too controlling in how I'm doing the shadow work itself? or is it about something else entirely?
would love to hear how others have interpreted this card in shadow work context

ohhh this is interesting. when I get the chariot rx in shadow work it usually points to where I'm forcing things instead of flowing
like... are you trying to "fix" yourself on a timeline? that could be what it's calling out
the chariot reversed in shadow work is SO on point for control stuff actually
it's not just about being controlling toward others - it can also be about how harsh you are with yourself. like inner critic energy??
maybe the shadow here is perfectionism or needing to have everything figured out before you can accept yourself
I had this exact thing happen last year! kept pulling chariot rx whenever I did shadow work
for me it turned out to be about letting go of the need to "win" at healing lol. like I was treating my shadow work like a problem to solve instead of just... being with the uncomfortable stuff
once I stopped trying to power through and just sat with things, it stopped showing up
wow ok these responses are hitting hard. the perfectionism thing especially...
I think I have been treating this like a checklist I need to complete. gonna try just sitting with the discomfort next time instead of analyzing it to death
