ten of wands reversed showed up in a career reading and it actually made me feel better??

asked about whether I should push for that promotion I've been eyeing and pulled the ten of wands reversed

at first I panicked bc I always think of that card as literal exhaustion and being buried in work. but reversed hit different

like instead of "you're overloaded" it felt more like "you're finally putting some of that weight down"

is that a normal way to read it reversed in a career context or am I just seeing what I want to see lol
