ok so I was asking whether to take on this extra project at work and pulled the ten of wands reversed in the advice position
i get upright ten of wands as being buried under responsibilities... but reversed as ADVICE? is it telling me to drop stuff? delegate? just power through anyway??
the advice position always trips me up more than outcome or present energy tbh. anyone know how to actually apply this one instead of just nodding along with the meaning

Ten of wands reversed as advice is almost always about releasing what isn't yours to carry. Not everything on your plate needs YOUR hands on it specifically - some of it just needs to happen, and someone else can do the happening.
Before you say yes to that project, ask yourself: am I taking this on because I want to, or because I think I'm supposed to prove something by carrying it all myself?
Trust your inner knowing on this one.
omg I got this exact card as advice when deciding whether to plan my whole family's holiday trip by myself lol. ended up asking my sister to handle half of it and it was SO much better
the advice position messes me up too honestly, i always want it to just tell me yes or no lmao. but the delegate angle makes sense here
update: talked to my manager and asked if the project could be split with another teammate instead of just me. she said yes immediately lol, I don't know why I assumed it had to be all on me
