did a quick 3 card spread about a big work project (past/present/outcome) and got the ten of wands reversed in the outcome slot
i know upright ten of wands is like being buried under responsibility, so reversed as the outcome... does that mean the load finally lifts? or does it mean I'm about to drop the ball and things fall apart lol
the present card was the nine of wands so I'm already feeling pretty worn down, which is maybe why my brain is spiraling on this one
Oh, take a breath with this one. The cards whisper relief here, not warning.
Ten of wands reversed as an outcome very often means the burden lightens - you delegate, you finish the project, or you finally set down something that was never yours to carry alone. Following the nine of wands (which is about being worn down but still standing guard), this reads like a natural release after a long stretch of holding too much.
Trust your inner knowing: does some part of this project feel ready to let go of your grip?
I've pulled this exact combo before during a big deadline crunch and it really did end up meaning things eased up once I finally asked for help instead of doing everything myself
Sarah K that question about what's ready to be let go of hit different. I think I've been holding onto a part of this project that honestly isn't even mine to manage anymore lol
following this thread bc I got the same card in a totally different context and it's nice seeing the 'relief' interpretation instead of just doom and gloom
