did a reading about whether to keep going after a promotion or take my foot off the gas for a bit and got the ten of wands reversed in the advice spot
my first instinct was "ok drop everything" but that felt too extreme? like is it telling me to delegate more instead of just quitting on stuff
curious how other people read this one when it shows up as advice specifically vs like a general life-area card
When the Ten of Wands reversed lands in an advice position, it's rarely telling you to abandon ship. It's asking you where you're carrying weight that was never yours to carry alone.
Look at what you can hand off or simply set down - not the goal itself, just the parts you've been white-knuckling through.
this happened to me during a really overloaded semester and yeah, delegating (asking for an extension, splitting group work fairly) was exactly it. not quitting, just redistributing
