did a reading about whether to speak up about being overworked at my job and pulled the ten of swords reversed as the outcome
i know upright its like total rock bottom / the worst has already happened. but reversed... does that mean im already past the worst part? or that im avoiding hitting rock bottom by finally saying something?
kind of stuck between "good sign" and "nah youre still spiraling" energy lol. anyone dealt with this card reversed in a work context

reversed ten of swords always reads as "the storm is passing" to me. also overworked and about to have The Conversation with my boss so this thread is timely lol
update: had the conversation with my manager today. it went way better than i expected honestly, we're restructuring my workload starting next week. definitely feels like the "past the worst part" reading now
