asked about a job offer I've been sitting on and pulled the ten of pentacles reversed as the outcome card
from what I've read this is usually about family money stuff or like a legacy falling apart? but this is about my CAREER not my family so idk how to apply it lol
is it more of a general "financial instability" warning or does it always point to family/inheritance type stuff specifically. trying to figure out if I should actually be worried about this offer before I turn down my current job
in my experience it's less "this exact job is bad" and more "the foundation under this decision feels shaky." like maybe there's something about the offer you haven't fully looked at yet? benefits, stability of the company, that kind of thing
honestly i think reversed 10 of pentacles reads more as instability in general, not always family drama specifically. def look into the company's actual financial health before jumping
i pulled this exact card before leaving a job that looked great on paper. turned out the company had a ton of turnover i didn't know about. glad i asked around more before deciding, saved me a headache
ok this actually helps a lot, i think i've been so focused on the numbers i forgot to just... ask people who already work there lol. gonna do some digging before i decide anything
