ok so my best friend is an aquarius and I'm a scorpio and we've been friends for like 3 years now
and honestly at first I thought we were totally incompatible. like she's so detached and in her head about everything and I feel EVERYTHING so deeply. it was a lot to navigate
but now I kind of think we balance each other out? she helps me zoom out when I'm too deep in my feelings, and I help her actually connect to what she's feeling instead of just analyzing it
anyone else have a scorpio/aquarius friendship that surprised them??
omg yes!! my roommate is a scorpio and I'm an aquarius and we have this exact dynamic
at first she thought I was cold and I thought she was too intense lol. but honestly once we got past that initial friction it's like we see things from completely different angles and it makes conversations so interesting
I'm a scorpio with an aquarius best friend too and THIS. the detachment vs depth thing is so real at first
but there's something about how both signs are kind of... unconventional? like neither of us cares that much what other people think and that's actually where the bond is
following this bc I'm an aquarius who just got close with a scorpio and I have no idea what I'm doing lol. she's so intense but in a good way?? like she actually listens
the scorpio I know would literally do anything for her aquarius friend. like they bicker constantly but it's clearly out of love
I think both signs just need a lot of trust before they open up, so once that's there it becomes something really solid
