Oh this card gets misunderstood so often. The Queen of Swords reversed at work usually isn't about being cold - it's about armor. She's protecting herself with sharpness because somewhere she doesn't feel safe being direct AND warm at the same time.

Before your next interview, ask yourself: am I trying to prove I'm tough, or am I trying to show I'm capable? Those aren't the same thing, and interviewers can usually tell the difference.

had almost this exact card come up before a performance review a few months back. i think for me it was less 'be less blunt' and more 'stop over explaining myself defensively' if that makes sense. hope the interview goes well!!
