asked what I should do about a decision I've been sitting on for weeks and pulled the hanged man reversed as the advice card
like... is it telling me to stop waiting and just act? or is it saying my waiting IS the problem and I need to actually let go of something instead of just pausing?
every description I read says something different and now I'm more stuck than before I pulled the card lol. anyone have a way of reading this one that actually clicks
Oh I love when a card mirrors exactly what it's describing! The Hanged Man reversed as advice is often less about the decision itself and more about how you're relating to it.
Upright, the card asks for surrender - pause, see from a new angle. Reversed, it's often a nudge that you've been 'pausing' as a way to avoid choosing, not because the moment actually calls for stillness.
Ask yourself honestly: am I still gathering perspective, or am I just stalling because the answer scares me a little? Trust what comes up first.
omg the stalling vs actually needing perspective thing hit different. I do this exact thing
ok that reframe actually helped. I think I've just been scared to pick either option so I kept calling it 'still deciding.' gonna actually choose something this week
