so i asked "what's actually going on with us" (the classic situationship question lol) and pulled the knight of cups reversed
from what i've read this can mean like... mixed signals, someone not following through on romantic promises, moodiness. which tbh tracks a little too well
but i've also seen it read as ME being the one who's not being upfront about what i actually want, not necessarily them
how do you tell which direction it's pointing? like is it describing the other person or is it a mirror for my own stuff
honestly for me it's usually a mirror first. like the universe loves to call ME out before it explains someone else lol
This is such a good question, and the honest answer is: it can be both, but there's usually a clearer signal if you sit with it.
The Knight of Cups reversed often shows up when there's a gap between what's being said and what's being done - by either person. Ask yourself first: am I being clear about what I want, or am I also hedging my bets to avoid getting hurt? The cards whisper loudest about our own patterns before anyone else's.
If you've been honest and clear and the follow-through still isn't there on their end, that's your answer. Trust your inner knowing - you probably already sense which one it is.
the "gap between what's said and what's done" line is so real. following this thread bc i needed to hear that tbh
@Sarah K ok yeah... i think i've been hedging too if i'm being fully honest. gonna actually say what i want instead of waiting to see what they do first
