so I pulled a quick one-card the night before an interview I was NOT sleeping well over lol
got the nine of swords reversed. from what I've read it's like the anxiety finally easing up, waking up from the spiral instead of being stuck in it. but I don't know if I should read that as "the interview goes well" or just "you'll stop panicking about it regardless of outcome"
anyone pulled this one before something stressful? did it actually match what happened or was it more just about your headspace
Oh I love this question because it gets at something people miss with the nine of swords reversed.
The cards whisper about your inner world first, outcomes second. Reversed, this card is almost always about the anxiety loosening its grip - the 3am spiral finally quieting down. It's less a prediction about the interview itself and more a reflection that you're no longer trapped in worst-case-scenario thinking.
That said, a calmer mind interviews better than a frantic one. Trust your inner knowing - you did the work to get to this headspace, and that will show up in the room.
I got this exact card before a big presentation at work lol. didn't predict anything about how it went, just felt like permission to stop catastrophizing at 2am. which honestly I needed more than a prediction
following this bc I always get anxious spiral cards before anything important and never know how to read them the night before vs after
