been doing shadow work for about two months now and nine of swords reversed has come up SO many times during my journaling pulls
like almost every time I ask "what am I not looking at" it shows up. at first I thought it was just anxiety about anxiety lol but now I'm wondering if it means something more specific in a shadow work context
for those who use tarot in their shadow work practice - how do you read this one when it keeps repeating? is it just confirming the anxiety spiral or pointing somewhere deeper
in my experience repeating reversed swords cards during shadow work usually mean the mind is finally quiet enough to actually look at the thing instead of just spiraling about it
like the anxiety is still there but reversed nine of swords for me = you're closer to processing it than avoiding it now
omg I get this card ALL the time when I journal at night lol. started doing a quick body scan before I pull now and it comes up way less. wonder if it's tracking something physical for me too
the body scan idea is really interesting, gonna try that. I think for me it's pointing at some old guilt I keep circling instead of actually dealing with. feels less scary to name it like that instead of just "ugh anxiety card again"
