genuinely asking bc I need to know if this is astrology or just... sisters
she's a scorpio, I'm a leo, and every single family gathering somehow turns into a standoff. I want to talk things out loud and get everyone on the same page, she goes quiet and won't tell you what's wrong until three days later when it's already a whole thing
we love each other a lot, don't get me wrong, we just seem to fight about HOW we fight more than the actual stuff
anyone else got a scorpio sibling who does the slow burn thing while you're over here needing to hash it out immediately
oh my god the "three days later when it's already a whole thing" is way too accurate. my scorpio brother is exactly like this, he needs to process alone before he says a word

leo here with a scorpio mom and yeah this tracks. what helped us was I stopped chasing her for an immediate answer and just said "whenever you're ready to talk I'm here" - she comes around way faster now that she doesn't feel cornered
scorpio here honestly defending my people for a sec lol - it's not that we don't want to talk right away, we just don't trust ourselves not to say something sharp if we're still worked up. the quiet is us trying to protect the relationship, not punish you
