my sagittarius coworker and me (libra) have such weird energy lol

ok so I've been at this job for about 8 months and theres this sag on my team who I literally cannot figure out

like sometimes we're totally vibing and brainstorming together and its great. but then other times they just... disappear?? like mentally check out mid-project or suddenly want to completely change direction when we're almost done

as a libra I'm constantly trying to keep things balanced and harmonious and they're over there like a tornado of new ideas every 5 minutes

don't get me wrong they're genuinely brilliant and fun to be around when they're engaged. but the inconsistency is driving my libra brain insane

anyone else dealt with this combo at work? how do you handle it without losing your mind

the trick ive learned is to just... let go of needing everything to be perfectly planned? like they actually work better with flexibility and somehow it all comes together in the end

still stresses me out tho ngl

fire and air signs at work can be so chaotic but also super creative tbh. my best projects have come from that kind of energy even when it felt messy in the moment

what helped me was being really upfront like 'hey I need a bit more heads up before we pivot' and they were actually cool about it? sags can be surprisingly adaptable if you just tell them what you need

update: took the advice and actually talked to them about my need for a bit more structure. turns out they had no idea they were stressing me out lol. we worked out a system where they can still explore ideas but we check in before making big changes. actually working way better now
