I've tried starting a daily pull practice like 4 times now and I always fall off after a week lol
my problem is I pull the card in the morning and then forget about it by noon. or I don't know what to look for during the day so I feel like I'm doing it wrong somehow
I know a lot of people say to journal but honestly I hate writing lol. is there another way to make it stick?
how do you actually do yours? is it super structured or more casual? do you look up meanings every time or just go with your gut?
ok the thing that made mine stick was literally just taking a photo of the card and making it my phone wallpaper for the day lol
you see it every time you unlock your phone and it keeps coming back to you
In all my years of working with the cards, I've seen students struggle with daily practice because they're treating it like homework instead of a conversation.
You don't need to journal. You don't need to look up meanings. You just need to ask yourself one question at the end of the day: did anything happen today that this card might have been pointing to?
Some days the answer is yes. Some days it's no. Both are fine. The practice isn't about accuracy - it's about developing a relationship with your intuition over time.
the photo wallpaper thing is genius actually. stealing that
ok I love these. going to try the wallpaper thing AND the end-of-day question. the homework framing is so real, I think that's been my whole problem
