ok so I love my dad but we are SO stubborn with each other lol
we're both earth signs so you'd think we'd get along great right?? but no. we argue about everything - money, how I spend my time, my life choices...
he always thinks his way is the only way and I'm just like... dad I'm an adult now please let me make my own mistakes
the worst part is we're both too proud to apologize first so we'll go days not talking after a fight
any other taurus with capricorn parents? how do you deal with two stubborn earth signs under one roof
omg yes!! my mom is a capricorn and I'm a taurus too
the stubbornness is REAL. neither of us backs down ever
what helped us was realizing we actually want the same things (stability, security) we just have different ideas about how to get there
earth sign family dynamics are something else lol
my whole family is earth signs and holiday dinners are either amazing or absolute chaos depending on whether anyone brings up money or politics
following this bc I need advice too. taurus sun with a capricorn brother and we literally cannot be in the same room without arguing about something dumb
honestly the pride thing is the hardest part. my cap mom and I are the same way
one thing that helped was texting instead of talking face to face when things get heated? sounds silly but it gives both of us time to cool down and think before responding
