honestly the thing that surprised me most isn't the intensity, it's how much he actually softens once he trusts someone. like the guarded scorpio stuff people warn you about is real at first but once that wall comes down it's some of the most loyal, steady energy i've ever experienced

the hard part for us has honestly been two very sensitive signs trying not to spiral together when we're both stressed lol. we've had to actually learn to be the calm one for each other instead of both shutting down at the same time
