saw a thread on here about an aquarius/taurus coworker pairing and it got me thinking about my own opposite-sign situation lol
virgo + pisces get called "opposites attract" a lot and it's kind of true? i want everything planned and practical, he goes with whatever feels right in the moment. drove me up the wall the first few years honestly
what actually helped: he handles the big picture stuff and the vibes, i handle logistics and follow-through. neither of us has to become the other person, we just cover what the other one struggles with
curious if other virgo/pisces pairs (or any opposite sign combo) found something similar
This is a lovely example of how opposite signs on the zodiac wheel work when both people lean into the difference instead of fighting it.
Virgo and Pisces sit directly across from each other, so you're naturally pulling toward what the other lacks - Virgo brings structure, Pisces brings intuition and flow. The couples I see struggle are the ones trying to make their partner think like they do. It sounds like you found the real trick: divide by strength, not by trying to match each other.
12 years in, that's not luck - that's a system that works.
this is giving me hope, i'm a virgo dating a pisces right now and definitely in the driving me up the wall phase lol. how long did it take you two to figure out the division of labor thing?
Camille_R honestly probably like 3 years of trial and error lol. it clicked once we stopped trying to fix each other and just leaned into what we were each already good at
opposite sign marriage checking in, i'm the pisces in mine (wife is a virgo) and this describes us to a T. she plans the trip, i find the hidden gem restaurant nobody else would've picked lol. balance is real
