my virgo coworker and I (sag) have to work together on this project and I swear we're speaking different languages sometimes
like I'll say something casually and he takes it as A Whole Structured Plan?? and when he gives me feedback it feels so blunt and I don't know if I should take it personally
is this just a virgo/sag thing or do I need better communication skills lol
virgo here! we're not trying to be blunt on purpose lol we just say the thing directly bc we think that's more respectful than dancing around it. it's not personal, promise
sag here and YES to the whole structured plan thing lol. my virgo best friend turns my random ideas into full itineraries. actually ended up being really helpful once I stopped getting annoyed about it
ok update: I actually told him straight up that i process out loud and don't mean everything as a final decision, and he said he appreciated me clarifying instead of assuming he'd just get it. feels like we're on the same page now
