my scorpio coworker turned friend is impossible to read sometimes and i talk A LOT (gemini stereotype but true unfortunately)
like i'll be mid rant about something totally unrelated and she'll just go quiet and give me this look like she's calculating something. then later she'll bring up one tiny thing i said three weeks ago that i don't even remember saying
how are you all managing to actually communicate with scorpios without either oversharing or feeling like you're being silently judged lol
LOL the remembering random things from weeks ago is so scorpio coded. mine does this too and it used to freak me out until i realized it's just how they process, they're not judging they're just... filing it away
as a scorpio dating a gemini honestly the fix for us was I had to tell him straight up when i needed quiet processing time instead of just going silent and letting him assume the worst
the calculating look is so real lmao. my scorpio best friend does the exact same thing, total poker face while she's actually taking everything in
update: i actually just asked her about it directly instead of guessing and she said she just needs a beat before responding to stuff, it's not personal at all. feel so much better now lol
