so my manager is a virgo and I'm a sagittarius and its been an adjustment to say the least
she wants everything documented and triple checked before it even leaves my desk. I just want to wing it and figure it out as I go. we've butted heads a few times over timelines
but also she's caught stuff that wouldve been a disaster if it went out. anyone else work under a virgo when you're more of a big picture person? does it get easier
yes!! my old manager was a virgo and I hated the constant revisions at first but honestly it made my work so much tighter
same combo here except reversed, im the virgo and my sag coworker drives me up the wall lol but we make a good team when deadlines are tight
update: had an actual conversation with her about it instead of just gritting my teeth through meetings. turns out she just needed me to give her a heads up earlier instead of last minute. feels way less tense now
this is such a good update, i think a lot of us just assume the friction is permanent instead of just... talking about it lol. saving this thread
