been with my leo partner a little over a year now (im a virgo sun) and honestly its mostly amazing but theres this one thing that keeps tripping us up
i process everything by picking it apart, like i need to analyze a decision from every angle before i feel ok about it. he just... decides and goes, full confidence, doesnt look back
it works out for him constantly which is somehow more annoying lol. anyone else navigate this? does the analyzer vs just-go-with-it thing ever stop being a fight
omg the confidence thing is so real. my virgo bestie does this too and it drives me a little crazy how right she ends up being after obsessing over every detail lol
Looking at this from an elemental angle - Leo is fixed fire and Virgo is mutable earth, so you're both naturally wired to approach decisions really differently. Leo trusts instinct and momentum, Virgo trusts analysis and detail. Neither is wrong, but it can definitely create friction if you're not both aware of it.
What tends to help most pairs I've talked to: let him lead on the big-picture, gut-call decisions and let you lead on the details and follow-through. Division of labor instead of trying to convert each other.
@MarcusAstro that division of labor idea is actually really helpful, going to bring that up with him. we've just been trying to get each other to change instead of splitting things up that way
