dating an aquarius as a taurus and it's been good overall but MAN the differences hit different sometimes
I want routine, plans, knowing what we're doing this weekend. he wants to keep things open and "see how we feel." I used to take that personally like he didn't care enough to plan, but now I think it's just... how his brain works
we've figured out some stuff (he actually likes when I plan the big things, he just doesn't want EVERY detail locked in) but curious what other taurus + aquarius pairs have run into. what's the hardest part for you two
omg the planning thing is so real. I'm the aquarius in my pairing and my taurus partner used to get so stressed when I'd change plans last minute. we compromise now where I give her a heads up even if I don't have the full plan yet
taurus here too and honestly the biggest thing for us was money lol. I want to save, he wants to just see what happens. still working on that one ngl

following this bc I'm about to start dating an aquarius as a taurus and everyone's warning me lol. good to see it's workable if you actually talk about it instead of just getting annoyed
update for anyone still following - we set up a simple rule where he tells me the vibe of the week even if the exact plans arent locked yet, and it's honestly fixed like 80% of the friction. still working on the spontaneity thing but feeling a lot more at ease
reading this as the taurus half of a taurus-aquarius pairing and taking notes lol. did the money thing ever get easier for anyone or is that just an ongoing negotiation
