my closest friend is a scorpio and I'm a gemini and on paper we should NOT work?? like she's intense and private and I'm out here talking to strangers in line at the grocery store
but somehow it just works. she keeps me from being flaky about stuff that actually matters and I think I loosen her up a little, get her to laugh at stuff she'd normally overthink
we've had a couple rounds where she went quiet on me and I panicked thinking I did something wrong, but turns out that's just how she processes things. once I stopped taking the silence personally it got so much easier
anyone else have a gemini-scorpio friendship? curious if the push-pull thing is universal or if we're just built different lol
yes!! my scorpio bestie does the same quiet thing and I used to spiral about it too. now I just text 'thinking of you, no pressure to respond' and give her space
gemini here too and honestly my scorpio friends are the only ones who can match my energy without getting exhausted by it lol. they just observe and let me be extra
the 'loosen her up' thing is so real. my scorpio friend told me once i was the only person who could make her laugh at her own drama and I think about that a lot
