my best friend is a gemini and im a sag and honestly people always act like this pairing is basically effortless bc we're both so "fun" and "spontaneous"
and like... yeah a lot of it is easy. we can talk for hours, plan a trip with zero notice, never run out of things to laugh about
but lately i've noticed we both kind of avoid the deeper stuff?? like if either of us is actually struggling we just... distract each other instead of talking about it
is this a known gemini/sag thing or are we just bad at feelings lol. curious if other gem/sag friend pairs relate
omg yes this is so real. my gemini bestie and i are the exact same way, we can talk for hours about literally anything except the hard stuff
honestly i think the fire/air combo just makes it easy to stay in the fun lane, less natural pull toward the heavy conversations. doesn't mean the friendship isn't deep tho
wait this hit different for me lol. my gemini friend and i had to actually sit down and say "hey we need to talk about real stuff sometimes" and it helped so much once we named it
update: brought this up with her directly and she said she noticed it too lol. we're trying to actually check in on the hard days now instead of just planning something fun to distract. feels like a good shift
