my best friend of like 8 years is an aquarius and I'm a gemini and every time it comes up people act shocked we work so well together
honestly I think it's bc neither of us takes anything too personally and we can go from deep conversation to complete nonsense in the same five minutes. we can also go weeks without talking and just pick back up like no time passed
is this just an air sign thing or did we get lucky lol
not just you two, I swear every gemini/aquarius pair I know has this exact dynamic. the going-weeks-without-talking thing especially, my aquarius bestie and I are the same way and it's never weird
Looking at this from the air element side, it tracks. Gemini and Aquarius share an element, so there's a natural ease in how you both process things mentally rather than emotionally - which is exactly why the low-maintenance, pick-up-where-you-left-off dynamic works. this is giving me hope for my newer aquarius friendship, we just met a few months ago as a gemini and it already feels like this
