so I've been doing a lot of solo readings lately because I've been kind of closed off romantically for like... a year now. just not interested, not looking, whatever
but this week I asked about my love life and pulled the four of cups reversed and honestly it kind of shocked me??
like I know upright four of cups is that whole apathy/withdrawal energy, so reversed... does that mean I'm actually coming OUT of that phase? because that would track I guess
has anyone gotten this in a love reading and had it signal like a genuine shift in how open you were feeling?

i pulled the four of cups reversed last month when i was in a similar place - like voluntarily closed off, not even sad about it just... done with the whole thing for a while
and honestly? it did signal a shift for me. not like overnight, but over the next few weeks i noticed i was actually curious about people again instead of just wanting to be left alone
the way i think about it now is that the upright four is you sitting under that tree refusing the cup. reversed is you finally looking up and going... ok maybe i'll see what that is

update: went on a coffee date last week actually and it was... nice? not fireworks but definitely not the closed off feeling I've had all year. feels like the card was right
