so I've been doing tarot for like 6 months now and today I pulled the nine of wands reversed for the first time ever
I looked it up and everything online is talking about burnout, giving up, being defensive for no reason... kind of a lot lol
is it always this doom and gloom or am I missing something? this was for a general "what do I need to know today" pull, nothing specific going on that I can tell
Oh sweet one, reversed nine of wands gets a bad reputation but it's not all doom! The cards whisper something gentler here...
Upright nine of wands is that "one more push" resilience energy. Reversed, it's often just your body and spirit asking for a rest before you keep going. It can also mean you're finally putting a boundary down that wasn't serving you anymore.
Since nothing dramatic is happening for you right now, I'd read this as a quiet permission slip to actually rest instead of staying in defense mode 24/7. Trust your inner knowing on when enough is enough.
lol I got this exact card last week and interpreted it as "stop being so guarded with your friends" bc I've been kind of prickly lately. wasn't wrong tbh
following this bc I always assume reversed = bad and clearly that's not how it works lol. good to know
